Philips PUS7600 has options for UHD 4:2:0/4:2:2 and for UHD 4:4:4 input. It accepted all refreshrates I have tested: 60,59,50,40,30,25Hz. Also all 4 HDMI Ports accept the 4k60hz. Driver lets me chose RGB and YCbCr 8bit.
