Logitech Bluetooth mouse lag and stutter after Catalina upgrade My M585 mouse was working perfectly on my iMac 27' & macBook Pro 13' on Mojave for several years but after I upgraded to Catalina last night, it stutters and lags a few times a minute - about every 15 seconds. I'm borderline frustrated! I'm using a Logitech G603 mouse, which works with both bluetooth and wireless dongle, I used it with Catalina Beta and it worked perfectly, but since the public release the mouse isn't detected as such, simply as a BT device.

Also, I use an Apple Extended keyboard and a Logitech M525 Wireless Mouse with my late 2018 Mac Mini running again the latest version of Catalina, and all is well (I was using those same two devices on my late 2012 Mac Mini that I recently sold, again running OS 10.15.3, and again all was good). Just updated to Catalina and my M325 Logitech mouse stopped working immediately. This mouse works with a USB unifying dongle. The Logitech keyboard also running off the same dongle has kept working, but the mouse does not.

Hello aev_84,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand a Bluetooth mouse is not staying reliably connected. I'll do what I can to help.

Here are some suggestions:

Since you've already removed the device and added it again, try checking for any potential sources of interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Disconnect any external devices from your computer such as any external drives and then reset the SMC and NVRAM:

If you are connected to a 2.4Ghz wireless network, try connecting to a 5Ghz network instead.

Also try disconnect from Wi-Fi altogether and see if you still have any issues.

Have a great day.
