Customer Service Issue -- No resolution; No money I have attempted to contact NativeX for assistance multiple times with receiving the free platinum owed as you instructed. They are not responding. The amount owed is 134 platinum. I am out of options in getting this rectified. As you would have contracted with them, I am reaching out for you to resolve. Great game Alot to do between all the quest, dungeons,grouping with friends and much more. This game offers more than you should expect out of a mobile app mmorpg. The world has little boundaries so explore and test your self where you please.
What,s new in new patch ? You guys just change the first second map so new players join in feel it attractive few new quests. Love Celtic Heroes! Been playing this for a few years now, on my iPhone and now my Motorola. One of the best MMORPGs ive played on mobile! The only issue I have is that whenever I try to use the chat, my keyboard pops down as soon as I try to type something. So I'm unable to talk to other players and that's no fun :/
Soooo many glitches This game barely works. Half The loading screen never goes away. I can move my character and hear him walking but the loading screen never disappears. The other half of the time the game loads but there are no people!! No monsters no npcs, nothing. All i can see are other players and i let the game for 30 mins but no change. Ive changed servers, closed the app and reinstalled it but no change. Idk how it got soo many 'good reviews'.

Kinda Sux on the Note 5 After downloading, I expected it to download more after I first opened the app, but it just froze over amd over. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, and was able to make my character but couldn't get it to load past the actual screen to enter the game. By the time I finally got the game going it had no quests, I can't go to other towns/world's. My phone is not hurting for storage space, and my internet connection is pretty strong. All in all, I can't say anything about it except that I'm frustrated with it.
Just Great I love trading and now I can't since I got the game it won't let me chat I press chat and then it doesn't show the keyboard so when I tap the screen it just shut down the game also it just crashes randomly also someone scammed me I traded with them my mace and a spear and they gave me 9 relic shards so when the trade finished I did not get anything all 6 relic shards I already had are gone the ones they traded me gone also my mace gone and I worked hard for that mace and it doesn't show the arrow to follow for my quest.
Won't even load. Ridiculous on my S7. (edited: They want me to change my basic connectivity settings while playing I'm my phones system settings, and change it back when I'm done. I play other games with the same high level of graphics, and connectivity to the servers is flawless. They say they're working on it, but there's been no update that reflects this. )

Great My phone is android zte but now it chat will let me type maybe sometimes but it very laggy an most times it won't put the letter down plus the space button won't work if you have any idea how to fix pls tell
Wont run For some reason it will not run on my Galaxy Avant. It brings me to the game but it's an empty world with no npc or beginning. Tried clearing cache, turning on and off device and also in installing and reinstalling. Nothing works.
Help! OK I got it to work, finally...but for me it only works on wifi....this game is amazing but It sucks because not all places have wifi...this would be 5 stars for sure if I could simply play this using my data not wifi....I have a Samsung Galaxy note 4.

Fun I first played this on iPhone, so I'm a veteran on this game. It has good graphics, fun story and side quests(a lot of reading though), cool armor and weapons, and it has interesting locations. Look no further for an amazing MMORPG!
great improvement the game has really improved since ive been off the game. Even with saying that it was still one of the best games ive played for mobile and still is. The last time i played this game was 2012 and its improved a lot over the years and im happy to be getting back into the game and i want to thank the developers for putting so much effort into the game to make it better for everyone. I also support this game and the developers. Thank you again for making this game. I remember when this game was only for ios.
Fun game :) Pretty fun... Just don't expect to be really strong until you are level 150ish unless you pay for platinum or get really lucky. (And don't expect the free platinum offers to actually work, I missed out on over 150 platinum because they are broken)
I love it I always want to play this king of games ....I just love it....but still please make better combat style sometimes I attack enemy but they don't attack back......But other things are great I'm this the game....keep it up...and I hope you guy's will work on combat style...
Wonderful game and Support. The updates are nice, the game is fun and is fine to play without spending real money, and the support from the makers is even better, which can be hard to find on a game. I lost my old account and in just a few days they got it back for me. Thank you and would happily give more stars if I could. Update needed! The game updated for summer event. Bug problem your on wireless ipv4. Android is updated to ipv6. So people cannot play unless on wifi. Need to fix ASAP!!! Also game only lets players on tablet type to chat. We NEEED wsda directional functionality for tablet keyboards. On pc emulated bluestacks you halfto rebind directional buttons everytime you chat. Its rather frustrating as well. And YOU said mind you. You were giving out giveaways for the event summer. We have once again ONLY seen cash motivated events
Great but maybe needs patches or updates This game goes back to the original mmo rpg with a big open world and a ton of great looking armor and weapons but with repeatative quests and backtracking with better than mediocre graphics along with poor direction to objectives but great progression system it all comes to a 4 but maybe patches or updates may help the direction to objectives problem
How can i reduce my hot bars amd some expensions ? Sry guys im so desperate because my character is on lvl 114 but this character are so dirty i cant focusing playing in dirty character. I always wanter to play perfect and cleen character for me. Guys how can i reduce some of sigils and hot bars also expension withoutbputing them in trash ?? Amazing game but... Won't connect to 4G or anything other than wifi... Is this standard for this game? Also... Chat function could use a TOTAL overhaul. It's ineffective. There needs to be a chat history with people you're talking to and a quick button to reply to whispers. Separate chat windows with tabs would work nicely. Other than that the game is absolutely phenomenal. Reminds me of morrowind. Really great so far.
Great game This game is great, I've lost hours of my life to it. I would give 5 stars but the app keeps crashing and the chat option hardly ever works on my tablet. If these things can be fixed then I'll give a full 5 stars
The chests are rubbish. Feeling cheated. The game is good. But I bought a chest from one of the players, an evergreen mystery chest (seasonal chest) and it is supposed to give THREE prizes. But all I got was ONE crate of restoration potions. Please send the remaining two prizes or send me another chest. I really love the game and dont want this to be a nuisance.
Open world! This game is truly open world. A rarety in this day and age. I'm about an hour in, but if I hit a grind wall, I won't mind too much. Think a bare bones Skyrim, or maybe WOW. Also, Ravenstone 2 is a great offline open world android game. Well worth the price. I love open world!
Excellent game So i upgraded to 4g and now the game runs sleek.like,real sleek.when i played on 3g i had some issues but later found out that nothing was wrong with the game and the thing that WAS wrong was my location.small town,desperate 3g connection.no wonder.nonethelss i'm grateful for the devs to have actually replied to my review.thank you. highly reccomend this game if you're into games like arcane legends.
Great game! Better support! Really nice game, plays smooth on my cheap Majesty. Easy and familiar controls that respond as they should. Feels a lot like order and chaos but much more beginner friendly. Had a problem with the last update so I contacted support and the problem was solved within 24 hours! You don't really see that on a game that is free to play very often. GREAT JOB GUYS!
Truly Open, But Slow The game looks great, especially for a free game on your phone. It's open and very fun to play. Combat, in my opinion, is too slow and lacking a little bit. Quests, I also believe, are very mundane and run of the mill for these kinds of rpgs. But overall, very fun, and combat gets better with more skills and harder enemies.
I LOVE IT Its a breath of fresh air for all those gamers tired of 'Power' ranking based games or those tiring games you hve to play everyday just to catch up. The interface is tidy and controls just amazingly smooth. The gameplay is quite nice and straigh to the point, might have group coop too. Idk really. Graphics is nice.
