Why do I write my handwriting in OneNote, and I find that the 'Ink to Text' feature in the Draw tab is grayed out? Unable to click.

The 'Ink to Text' in Draw tab is use to convert handwriting to text.
Trying to copy and paste text from OneNote to Safari in macOS 11 BigSur, pastes an image instead. There doesn't seem to be any way to fix this other than to first paste the text into a text editor, and then copy it again. It is unclear to me if the issue is macOS, Safari, or OneNote, PLEASE HELP! The reason is OneNote wrong to judge. OneNote has treat the ink as drawing, not the handwriting. And this feature just convert handwriting to text.
Solution:
At first, select the handwriting, right click on them, click 'Treat Selected Ink As' -> 'Handwriting'.
OneNote will convert ink to handwriting from drawing. And the 'Ink to Text' will enable.
But it does not necessarily translate your handwriting into words successfully.

With all the other features we’ve looked at, we looked at the differences between OneNote Online, OneNote 2016, and the OneNote app. Ink to Text is a different situation. OneNote 2016 does have Ink to Text. Technically. It really only works one word at a time, so each word will be in its owntext box. In 2016, it’s a nice idea, butit really just doesn’t function well. Again, here’s the video evidence.

You can even write incursive, and again, in entire phrases and sentences. “My students don’t know cursive”,you say? Duh, that’s what this isfor!
